Delivery Information and Payment Methods
offers 2 convenient delivery methods:
1. Courier - We deliver directly to your home or office or anywhere provided there is a street address not to P. O Box, addresses. Those without a street address can choose the nearest Post office as a pick up point, specify the location and name of the post office. For domestic or local customers we offer a flat rate of R99 up to 5kg for Postnet to Postnet counter, Please specify your nearest Postnet, thereafter R20 per kg. SADC and beyond this rate does not apply, although a flat delivery cost quote is supplied to you at checkout, it is just a quote, we shall confirm the final cost with you, you will can either give a go ahead or cancel. We endevour to get the cheapest courier yet reliable for all our clients. Upon receipt of full payment we shall proceed with your order. You will receive your tracking number after the order has been processed and shipped.
1. Collect – you can choose to collect from Healthy Coils Office in Cape Town Parklands, please communicate with us prior to coming via email or phone, since we do not keep stock in the office in order to make necessary arrangements and always have your order number at hand to identify your order. This option carries no charges.
2. Collection hours: Weekdays from Tuesday to Friday 12:30 – 17:00 and Saturday 10:00 – 15:00 (Sorry Sunday we are closed). If you choose this option during check out, please, indicate on the notes section the day and time you wish to collect or you can also email sales@ healthycoils.com, to avoid delays include your order number. Please note the above collection times are temporary, will be updated soon.
3. Please make sure you are entering a valid delivery address when you are placing your order. If you have made a mistake or want to change address please inform us immediately via email with your order number, before the order is processed. Once the order is processed and shipped we cannot make any changes.
4. Shipping days are Monday to Friday only. Orders that come in Friday late afternoon, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed only from Monday. In a case of emergency, please contact us.
- We are on our toes to give you the very best service possible. The order will only be processed after receiving full payment. As a guide line please allow 1-2 business days excluding weekends for processing time before your goodies ship, and for your order to work its way through our customer queue.
- All orders are processed as per the order form therefore we advise that you double check your order to ensure it is all that you need before sending it through. If by any chance you have made a mistake or want to make any changes, please contact us immediately before the order is processed, we will gladly make the amendments.
- Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. As a guideline allow up to 5 business days during this time. However, we strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and we will notify you of any major delays. Order status inquiries are most welcome

Monday thru Friday: 9:00 – 17:00, Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00, Sunday – closed. Holidays falling within weekdays and Saturday are treated as Saturdays. Holidays falling on Sundays, are treated as Sunday (closed). Good Friday closed. Festive season, closed from 24 December and the second week of January.
· SADC Customers and beyond
We thank you for your support. Please note once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible, as there may be delays and other circumstances beyond our control. However it is within our best interest that you receive your order on time and in mint condition. Customs and tax fees vary by country. The customers are solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase required in their country.
· Payment Methods
We offer a secure Payment environment via PAYFAST, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) or Instant Electronic transfer, (Note instant eft via Healthy Coils system is only applicable to transactions done from ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard bank. Capitec clients for an instant EFT you have to do eft on your own outside the system, please send through proof of payment).
Local clients can also do a direct deposit at the bank or own eft (note use your order number as a reference, email proof of payment quoting order number and your full names to firstname.lastname@example.org. or bring along upon collection. Note to utilise this payment method when checking out choose "Cash on delivery" option. Please note products will be shipped when full payment has been received, allow time for the payment to reflect on our account, usually 24 to 48 hours. Please note EFT is only for domestic customers, SADC and beyond your payment method is via credit card, use the payment system that we supply to you for currency conversion, you will not be able to pay direct to Healthy Coils account. We strongly discourage paying actual cash on delivery, rather do a bank deposit and bring proof of payment, if for some reason cash is absolutely the only option at your disposal you are welcome to talk to us.
